Our streamlined design-build approach saves Clients’ time, reduces stress, and ensures seamless communication between design and construction teams. We coordinate directly with contractors to resolve design issues quickly, allowing the designer to act as project manager throughout the process.
This is an add-on service to our interior design package. Clients may request pricing during the proposal phase to compare the potential savings of a design-build process versus the traditional design-bid-build approach.
