White-Glove Design-Build

White-Glove Design-Build

Skip the bidding process. Our trusted affiliated contractors, one point of contact, and transition support for your family from the first demolition day to the last walk-through.

Design-build means the designer is also the project manager. We coordinate directly with our affiliated contractors, resolve design questions on site, and manage building management and community requirements so the work proceeds quietly. For neurodivergent children, we plan the disruption itself: schedules, social stories, and a calm place to be while the home changes around them.

What is included

  • Full design-build project management
  • Trusted affiliated contractor network, no bidding
  • Direct coordination with building management and community requirements
  • Design issues resolved on site, by the designer
  • Transition support for neurodivergent children during construction
  • Pricing comparison against a traditional design-bid-build approach on request

Who this is for

  • Clients of our Sensory Interior Design service (this is an add-on)
  • Families who need the renovation to be as calm as the result
  • Owners who want one accountable team from concept to completion

How it unfolds.
