Sound
Acoustic felt, heavy drape, wool underfoot. A room that absorbs instead of reflects lets a mind calm down.

Homes designed for families with autistic, ADHD, apraxic, or sensory-sensitive children, where the child's profile shapes the plan and the parents finally rest.
The founder's practice grew from raising a son on the autism spectrum, and family homes remain its center. We design spaces for play, decompression, and movement, give children ownership of their rooms, and support every transition, including the renovation itself, with social stories and a calm place to be.

Acoustic felt, heavy drape, wool underfoot. A room that absorbs instead of reflects lets a mind calm down.

The finish that meets the skin: boucle, oiled oak, lime plaster. Chosen by hand, never by catalog.

How rooms connect, where decompression lives, where a routine begins and ends. The plan is the quietest instrument we have.

We work with a limited number of families, individuals, and institutions in the New York metro area each year.
